Järjestönauhan ohjesääntö / Guidelines for the ceremonial ribbon

1 § Tätä järjestönauhan ohjesääntöä sovelletaan vain ja ainoastaan RINO ry:n järjestönauhaan.
2 § Kaikilla RINO ry:n jäsenillä, sekä nykyisillä että entisillä, on oikeus käyttää nauhaa omissa akateemisissa tilaisuuksissa, kuten vuosijuhlissa sekä yhdistystä edustaessa muiden yhdistysten tilaisuuksissa.
3 § Nauha on leveydeltään 30 mm, ja se koostuu seuraavasta kuviosta: 2 mm violettia, 4 mm limenvihreää, 18 mm violettia, 4 mm limenvihreää ja 2 mm violettia.
4 § Pukua käyttävät kiinnittävät nauhan paitaansa hakaneuloilla kulkien oikealta olkapäältä rinnan ylitse alas vasemmalle lanteelle, tai vaihtoehtoisesti vasemmalta olkapäältä oikealle lanteelle. Jos käyttää kravattia, nauhan tulee kulkea kravatin yli. Liiviä käyttäessä nauha asetetaan liivin alle. Pukua varten nauhaa leikataan n. 80 cm tai käyttäjän kehon mittojen mukaan.
5 § Jos käyttää olkapäät ja/tai hartiat paljastavaa asua, kuten mekkoa, nauha taitetaan ruusukkeeksi: ruusuke tehdään 50 cm pätkästä nauhaa. Ruusuke kiinnitetään asuun esim. hakaneulalla. Nauha EI SAA koskettaa paljasta ihoa!
6 § Nauha tulee asetella niin, että sen kiiltävämpi puoli näkyy ulospäin.
7 § Nauhaa voi käyttää muiden kunta- ja järjestönauhojen kanssa, mutta RINO ry:tä edustettaessa tai RINO ry:n tilaisuuksissa oman yhdistyksen nauha asetetaan ylimmäksi.
8 § Nauhaa ei suositella turhaan taiteltavan esim. säilytystä varten, jotta nauhaan ei jää turhia jälkiä.
9 § RINO ry pidättää oikeudet muutoksiin koskien tätä järjestönauhan ohjesääntöä.
IN ENGLISH:
1 § These guidelines are to be applied only to RINO ry’s ceremonial ribbon.
2 § All members of RINO ry, both present and former, have a right to use the ribbon in academic events, such as anniversary celebrations of the association or while representing the association elsewhere.
3 § The ribbon is 30 mm wide and consists of the following pattern: 2 mm of violet, 4 mm of lime green, 18 mm of violet, 4 mm of lime green and 2 mm of violet.
4 § The ones wearing a suit attach the ribbon to their shirt with safety pins, running from the right shoulder to the left waist or alternatively from the left shoulder to the right waist. If a tie is used, the ribbon will pass over the tie. While using a waistcoat, the ribbon is worn under the waistcoat. For the suit, the ribbon will be c. 80 cm long or can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the wearer.
5 § If one uses a garment that reveals the shoulders, such as a dress, the ribbon is to be folded to a rosette: the rosette is made from a 50 cm long ribbon. The rosette is attached to the garment with e.g. a safety pin. The ribbon IS NOT meant to make contact with skin!
6 § The ribbon is to be worn with the glossy side facing outwards.
7 § The ribbon of RINO ry can be used with other ribbons: however, while representing the association or during events by said association, the association's ribbon is to be placed at the top.
8 § It is not recommended to fold the ribbon for non-essential reasons like e.g. storage as not to leave unnecessary creases on the ribbon.
9 § RINO ry holds the rights to make changes to these guidelines.
