Syyskokous

Kutsumme jäsenemme RINO ry:n yhdistyksen sääntömääräiseen syyskokoukseen Laineen saunatilalle keskiviikkona 5.11. Ovet aukeavat klo 16.30 ja kokous alkaa klo 17.00, saavuthan ajoissa!

Jokaisella RINO ry:n jäsenellä on läsnäolo-, puhe- ja äänioikeus yhdistyksen kokouksissa. Tule siis käyttämään äänesi kun syyskokouksessa valitaan RINOn hallitus kaudelle 2026! Ilmoitathan halustasi pitää kannatuspuheenvuoron hallitushakijalle sähköpostitse (rino@hyri.net) ennen kokousta.

Esityslista liitteineen löytyy RINOn toimiston edustalta ilmoitustaululta, ja ne voi pyytää myös sähköpostitse.

Syyskokouksessa pääsee näkemään lähempää sitä varsinaista yhdistystoimintaa, näkemään RINOn toimintasuunnitelman ensi vuodelle, ja todistamaan hallituksen valintaa. Kokouksen päätyttyä voi jäädä saunomaan ja jatkamaan iltaa porukalla, juhlistaen ensi vuoden hallitukseen valittuja! Tervetuloa kokoukseen!

We invite our members to RINO ry’s Statutory General Autumn Meeting at the Laine Sauna on the 5th of November. The doors open at 16.30 and the meeting starts at 17.00, don’t be late!

Every member of RINO has attendance, speech and voting rights at the association’s general meetings. Come and use your vote as the board of 2026 is elected at the Autumn Meeting! Please notify us by email in advance if you intend to hold a supporting speech for a board applicant.

The meeting agenda and attachments are on the notice board in front of our office, and can be requested by email.

The autumn is an opportunity to get a closer look at the association's work, see RINO’s action plan for next year, and witness the board election. You can stay after to use the sauna and continue the evening together, celebrating the newly elected next year's board members! Welcome to the meeting!
